About Us
Owner - Jeff Palleschi
Owner, Jeff Palleschi grew up in Swampscott, MA and attended Norwich University in Vermont. After graduating, Jeff joined the United States Marine Corps.
While serving in the USMC Jeff fell in love with Bourbon Whiskey, America’s Spirit. After serving honorably Jeff worked in corporate America for 20 years in Domestic & International sales.
Jeff enjoyed International sales especially, but always wanted to be an entrepreneur and dreamed of building a Distillery. In 2017 Jeff attended Moonshine University and began crafting his plan.
In September 2023 Jeff opened 21st Amendment Distillery in downtown Vero Beach, FL.
When Jeff is not at 21AD he is spending time with his wife Jennifer and Vinny, their Min Pin Chihuahua.
Jeff’s favorite Spirit: Bourbon Whiskey – Neat.

Distiller - Jared Haley
Jared’s background in bartending and mixology got him into distilling back in 2017. Since then, he has gone onto open a distillery in Leeds, Alabama; then joined another distillery in Tampa, Florida whose spirits would win several awards. He enjoys a good toro cigar and bourbon on the rocks.
